New Crime Lab In Wyoming Will Result In Faster Turn Around

The city of Wyoming spent about $100,000 to build its own crime lab.

The police say the money will be reimbursed, through state government grants and through the savings of not wasting time.

Captain Kip Snyder told WOOD TV that turn-around time for much evidence can be reduced to just one day or two, instead of waiting several weeks for processing through the Michigan State Police crime lab.
