Three schools from the state of Michigan begin their run in the NCAA Tournament today.  MAC regular season and tournament champs - Western Michigan will face #3 seed Syracuse at 2:45pm, and this game can be heard live right here on ESPN 96.1.  The Big Ten Tournament champs and #4 seed MSU will take on #13 seed Delaware today at 4:40pm, and the winners of the regular season Big Ten title and #2 seed U-M will take the court against #15 seed Wofford this evening at 7:10pm.  Pregame coverage begins at 6:30pm over on Newsradio WOOD 1300 & 106.9 FM. 

The Detroit Pistons let another late lead slip away and lost to the Denver Nuggets (118-109) last night in Denver.  Greg Monroe led the Pistons with 22 points, Rodney Stuckey added 18. 

The Detroit Red Wings go for two wins in a row as they host the Pittsburgh Penguins at the Joe.  Game time is 7:30pm. 

Cy Young award winner Max Scherzer will get the start today as the Tigers, after a day off, face the Washington Nationals.  First pitch is 1:05pm. 

And finally, don't forget the Wendy's Road to the Breslin Center coverage continues tomorrow with #1 ranked and unbeaten Muskegon squaring off with the Oilers of Mt. Pleasant High School.  Pregame coverage begins at 12:45pm with tip-off at 1pm on ESPN 96.1 and streaming worldwide at Prepsmi.com.
